Job Description

You will be part of the Spanish Service Desk Team, consisting of 5 people, supporting roughly 580 end-users in Spain.

Located in Zaragoza production company, your main mission will be providing Support to the daily Business Operations, both in the office and factory areas.

We strongly believe in using standards in our IT environment as a prerequisite for improving efficiency in our IT operations.

• Ensure that all incidents and service requests coming into the Service Desk are handled correctly and promptly.
• Take action on incidents which are approaching or have reached the point of breaching our service level agreements.
• Provide Service Desk support at desktop and infrastructure levels.
• Provide Service Desk support for Android and iPhone mobile devices.
• To support on the replacement of end users computers and laptops.
• To Support computers and IT devices (printers, scanners, and others) in production áreas.
• To administrate and solve incidents ass

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • A customer-oriented approach with good communication skills • 2 years first level service desk experience with frequent customer contact. • Professional and presentable at all times We expect you to have experience in the following areas: - Fluent English an Spanish - Smartphone usage (Android) for basic end user support - Windows 10 Client - Office 365 - Incident management through ServiceNow - Windows Server 2008 Administration (User and Printing services management) - End user Hardware support knowledge KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor degree in Information Technology or similar through experience - Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is an asset - AS400 and BPCS kwnoledge would be an asset - Experience in production environments will be an asset
