- Estudios medios y /o de Bachillerato - Nivel fluido o avanzado (mínimo B2 Alto - C1 - Nativo) de idioma: INGLES + ITALIANO (se hará prueba de idioma en la entrevista) - No es necesaria experiencia ni conocimientos específicos previos de informática/helpdesk/call center - Manejo y dominio de ofimática - Valorable estudios en Bachillerato y/o FP de Grado Medio/Superior. - Disponibilidad horaria completa para turnos rotativos 24/7 - Middle and / or Baccalaureate studies - Fluent or advanced level (minimum B2 High - C1 - Native) of language: ENGLISH + ITALIAN (Language test will be done in the interview) - No previous experience or specific knowledge of computer science / helpdesk / call center necessary - Management and mastery of office automation - Valuable studies in Baccalaureate and / or FP of Medium / Superior Degree. - Full time availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
